Your ADR concierge, Brenda Evans, is an MBA, Florida Mediator with three areas of certification, and a qualified Florida Arbitrator.  Perhaps most important to you, is her experience hosting virtual Arbitrations, Mediations, and Training events.  She has been utilizing the ZOOM platform as a host for our, and concierge for others', ADR and training events since spring 2020.  Brenda brings exceptional value to your virtual ADR event, through her expertise, neutrality, and confidentiality you can trust.    

Exceptional Service Offering

Before the Event

• Pre-event consultation (up to 30 minutes free), including event flow, rooms needed, total attendees expected
• Web conferencing details provided upon confirmation
• Virtual room creation
• Full and multi-day engagements include a pre-event “practice run” to connect the attendees, to test their technology and connectivity, and address any issues or concerns they may have prior to the event.**

During the Event

• Greet all attendees individually (including assistance with initial connections**)
• Movement of attendees among virtual rooms at ADR Neutral's request
• Concierge is present for the entire virtual event, to assist ADR Neutral and all other attendees, as needed

**While we offer technical support in this respect, please note that some technology issues such as inability to connect to local WIFI, no audio, no video, are more than likely due to participant equipment and/or set-up, and therefore cannot be resolved by our hosting representative.
